We are a remote-first technology company and welcome applications from candidates across Europe, including the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, and other non-EEA European countries such as Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Montenegro, Turkey, and the Western Balkans. We also consider applicants from different locations who can work within Central European Time (CET).

In Short

• Manage the complete flow of funds across skins, fiat, and crypto.
• Design processes and manage liquidity.
• Mitigate risk and ensure financial stability.

• Oversee treasury operations including payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML regulations.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts.

Requirements

• 5+ years in finance ops, payments operations, or treasury role in gambling, fintech, payments, or crypto.
• Strong knowledge of financial operations in the gambling industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CPA/CIMA/ACA is a plus.
• Experience with payment processors and crypto custody.
• Proven experience in managing fiat payment systems.
• Strong accounting and reconciliation experience.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian and proficiency in English.
• Ability to work within the CET/EET time zone.
