In Short

• Lead financial forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and scenario planning.
• Track revenue and margin ratio goals, manage P&L reporting.
• Oversee daily financial operations and reconciliations.
• Manage compensation and benefits administration.
• Support employee lifecycle processes and improve standard operating procedures.
• Conduct rate card and compensation benchmarking.
• Monitor regulatory updates for compliance.
• Work part-time with potential to grow into full-time.
• Must work from within the contiguous United States.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, finance, or administration roles.
• Proven ability to prepare and present financial reports.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and HR operations.
• Experience with payroll and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and QuickBooks.
