Our Technical Architects play a critical role in navigating the intersection of technology and public service, partnering with government agencies to design, launch, and modernize digital services that directly impact millions of people.

In Short

• Work with government stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to plan and build projects.
• Participate in scrum ceremonies and manage technical approaches.
• Design processes and standards for application integrity and sustainability.
• Write excellent code and provide constructive feedback.
• Coach and mentor engineering teams.
• Manage complex projects with minimal oversight.
• Navigate ambiguous client environments effectively.
• Maintain a balance between leadership and hands-on coding.
• Ensure systems are reliable, accessible, secure, and responsive.

Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering experience.
• 2+ years of Typescript/Javascript experience.
• 2+ years of experience with government agencies.
• Experience architecting AWS infrastructure.
• Experience building CI/CD workflows.
• Strong technical communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing requirements.
• Must possess a Bachelor's degree.
• US citizenship or green card required.
• Pass a criminal background check.
