In Short

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, focusing on technical, go-to-market, and operations hiring.
  • Partner with hiring managers and executives to understand business needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates through sourcing, networking, and employer branding efforts.
  • Drive an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and a seamless interview process.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track recruiting metrics and continuously improve processes.
  • Collaborate with People Ops to refine and optimize hiring workflows.
  • Refine recruiting and hiring processes to be scalable and efficient.
  • Champion Snapdocs’ values and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth startup or technology company.
  • Proven ability to source, attract, and close top talent across multiple functions.
  • Strong consultative approach to build relationships and influence hiring managers.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track key metrics.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Passion for Snapdocs’ mission and commitment to fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities.
  • Bonus: adjacent experience in HR/People (HRBP, Employee Experience, etc.).
