In Short

• Responsible for providing product support and assisting with product transactions on mortgage closing documents.
• Performs tasks in the document processing queue including: Classifications, Annotations, QC, eNotes, RON, and Post-Close QC.
• Raise questions, and resolve common issues that occur during the duration of transactions.
• Engage in 1:1s with their Supervisor bi-weekly.
• Engage in team meetings weekly.
• Assists with special projects as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Typically requires a minimum of 1-2 years of related customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new computer system applications.
