The Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the insurance agency as we execute on our growth strategy. This position involves managing & enhancing key agency platforms, managing various administrative and technical tasks, providing support to both internal teams and clients, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

In Short

• Manage core agency systems including Agency Management System and Salesforce CRM.
• Analyze agency data and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Ensure all carrier appointments are up-to-date.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with licensing requirements for agency staff.
• Lead and support other requests as directed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance administration or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in using insurance software and databases.
