Client Experience Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Client Experience Specialist is a service-minded professional who manages all non-licensed aspects of the transaction, from contract to close, to create a seamless experience for the agent, consumer and all deal parties. You are part of a collaborative team that is enhancing the way that Coldwell Banker is doing business by eliminating the friction and simplifying the transaction process.

In Short

• Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents.
• Identify and manage contractual dates and deadlines.
• Collaborate with agent services and third parties for compliance.
• Organize transaction details in applicable systems.
• Serve as the point-of-contact for agents and clients.
• Coordinate scheduling of home inspections and closings.
• Regularly update communication with all parties involved.
• Prioritize service with a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years real estate or transaction coordination experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• People first approach to customer service.
• Technical competency in multiple software systems.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Quality assurance and attention to detail.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
