Overview

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador and partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent.

In Short

• Complete detailed job scope conversations with hiring leaders.
• Review applicants via the applicant tracking system.
• Build effective recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Source candidates using Boolean search and social media.
• Generate targeted lists of passive candidates.
• Utilize proprietary software for talent community engagement.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and provide timely updates.
• Conduct professional phone interviews with probing questions.
• Continuously build a talent pipeline.
• Articulate job offers and drive for candidate acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field.
• Minimum of five years recruiting experience in-house, RPO or agency.
• Digital/Data & Analytics Recruiting experience required.
• Life Sciences Talent Acquisition experience required.
• Ability to showcase niche segment expertise.
• Experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques.
