Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in Agile software engineering with 3+ years in React development.
• Proficiency with modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with React ecosystem tools like Redux and React Router.
• 2+ years working with RESTful APIs.
• Working knowledge of Python for back-end development.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and cloud data warehouses.
• Experience with front-end testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Prior experience in talent acquisition or HR tech is desirable.
