Overview

The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for managing the recruitment process, including reviewing job descriptions, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.

• Review job descriptions and post on job boards.
• Screen resumes of potential candidates.
• Schedule interviews and send email confirmations.
• Assist in conducting phone interviews.
• Respond to inquiries from shortlisted candidates.

• PM shifts from 12PM to 8PM, with weekends off.

Requirements

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Graduates only.
• Medium to advanced skills in Excel & Google Sheets.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizing skills.
• Proactive and energetic attitude.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
