Overview

The IT Process Improvement Analyst will analyze and enhance IT workflows, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the IT department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in process improvement or project management.
  • Advanced analytical skills and strategic problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills for detailed reporting.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
  • Understanding of IT systems and statistical analysis methods.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and process mapping tools.
