Business Process Improvement Analyst - Remote

Overview

This position collaborates with departments or team leaders to gather and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable and quantifiable business process improvements.

• Collaborates with leadership to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Manages and leads process reviews.
• Contributes to the development and implementation of process improvement principles.
• Leads the development of sustainable business improvements.
• Utilizes Enterprise Process Center to map processes.
• Drives project/process development from start to finish.
• Defines and schedules project deliverables and milestones.
• Prepares and communicates project status reports.
• Collects and analyzes process data for best practices.
• Analyzes data using Lean Six Sigma principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Advanced-level experience in a financial services environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of process improvement and project management systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Self-starter with limited supervision.
• Proficient analytical skills.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office applications.
