Requirements

• J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school.
• 5+ years of legal experience.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Admitted to a State Bar and in good standing.
• Experience in a large, global business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong sense of urgency and confidentiality.
• Professional services experience preferred.
