The Senior HR Solutions Analyst is a key individual contributor on the HR Technology team, responsible for translating business and HR operational needs into scalable, compliant, and sustainable technology and process solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in HR operations or analytics roles.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite including Excel.
• Experience with HR systems like HRIS, Payroll, Learning Management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Experience supporting global teams preferred.
• Familiarity with HR governance and audit readiness.
