Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 7+ years of legal experience focused on healthcare law.
• Expertise in regulatory and compliance matters for healthcare providers.
• Experience with fee-for-service and value-based payment arrangements.
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary care models and licensure considerations.
• Proven ability to structure partnerships with health systems and payers.
• Willingness to manage a broad range of legal issues directly.
• Exceptional judgment and integrity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
• Familiarity with healthcare privacy and data security regulations.
