Requirements

• Admission to the state bar of applicant’s state of residence.
• A minimum of 10 years of successful experience practicing law for Associate General Counsel.
• Understanding of 501(c)(3) and (c)(4) organizations legal requirements.
• Experience with federal and state campaign finance laws.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Commitment to providing professional legal advice.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating agreements.
• Knowledge of privacy laws and compliance.
• Client-focused attitude.
