In Short

• Internship position in Human Resources for Fall 2026.
• Work under the supervision of the Recruiting Operations Manager and Sr. Recruiter.
• Support day-to-day recruiting activities and assist with HR projects.
• Internship duration of 12 weeks at 20 hours/week.
• Remote work opportunity from within the U.S.
• Draft job postings and assist with hiring processes.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and candidate records.
• Participate in team meetings and assist with HR reports.
• Compensation at an hourly rate of $19.18.
• Applications due by 5:00pm PT on May 15, 2026.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a college/university program with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2029.
• Working knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Great interpersonal skills – strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Enjoys learning and working in team settings.
