Overview

The Group Human Resources Intern will assist the Electrical Group Human Resources team in various tasks and projects in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, HR analytics, training and development, and other HR functions.

In Short

  • Assist with strategic Group HR projects.
  • Help develop a harmonized recruiting process.
  • Create behavioral interview guides.
  • Analyze compensation of roles across the Group.
  • Compile electronic learning paths for onboarding and training.
  • Conduct daily system audits and reports.
  • Support HR teams with onboarding improvement projects.
  • Collaborate on process improvement and presentations.
  • Maintain reporting and analytics for training and compliance.
  • Design training materials for Leadership Development Programs.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in human resources.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Workday is a plus.
