Overview

The Human Resources Intern contributes to ONC’s mission of providing nonpartisan news, opinions, and policy solutions by completing essential tasks on the Human Resources team.

In Short

• Remote internship position.
• Responsible for screening applicants.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain internal paperwork and documentation.
• Work closely with HR Team Lead and Director of Human Resources.
• Must commit to at least 5 hours a week for 6 months.
• Must attend at least one 30-minute meeting per week.
• Flexible schedule and college credit offered.
• This is not a paid position.

Requirements

• Current student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience with HR functions preferred.
• Google Workspace experience preferred.
• Ability to keep information confidential.
• Must be authorized to intern in the U.S.
