• Work with various platforms for social security affiliation processes
• Precision in using systems and information for processes
• Assist team specialists with frequent transactions such as hiring or terminations
• Ensure affiliations are completed effectively and on time
• Audit processes for error detection

Requirements

• Undergraduate student or technician in business administration, industrial engineering, or similar fields in administration
• Knowledge in HR functions: business management and strategy, workforce planning and employment, benefits, labor relations, and risk management
• Ability to work with MS Office: Proficient in tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive approach to building professional relationships
