Overview

Apex Clean Energy is seeking an Associate General Counsel to provide legal services for renewable energy projects, focusing on acquisition, financing, and corporate matters.

In Short

• Provide legal support for financing, construction, and operation of renewable energy projects.
• Manage project finance transactions including debt and equity sales.
• Negotiate definitive documents and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Possess a Juris Doctor degree and 2-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in commercial contracts and complex transactions.

• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented perspective.
• Admitted in any US jurisdiction.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• 2-8 years of experience in corporate law, M&A, and financing.
• Experience with commercial contracts and complex transactions.
• Ability to manage competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Excellent business discernment and risk evaluation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
