In Short

• Provide legal guidance on complex issues in healthcare technology and clinical trials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on contracts, compliance, and data privacy.
• Draft and negotiate various business-critical agreements.
• Advise on data privacy laws and ensure compliance.
• Support corporate governance initiatives and strategic transactions.
• Develop internal policies to align with legal standards.
• Maintain standard agreement templates for efficiency.
• Liaise with outside legal counsel on specific legal matters.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and state bar membership.
• 10+ years of legal experience, preferably in-house.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating healthcare and technology contracts.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.
• Solutions-oriented mindset with stakeholder management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships.
• Collaborative spirit to work across the organization.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
