In Short

• Oversee contracted clinical trials from initiation through completion.
• Ensure timelines, budgets, and regulatory standards are met.
• Coordinate execution of sponsored trials with cross-functional teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice and company SOPs.
• Act as the primary contact between sponsors and internal teams.
• Support sales through client relationship management.
• Establish best practices for project management and performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
• Utilize data reporting systems to track project progress.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with enterprise clients.
• Experience in clinical research organizations or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and GCP guidelines.
• Exceptional project and program management skills.
• Proactive problem solver with strong communication abilities.
• Comfort with data and reporting systems.
• Understanding of digital health technologies.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Previous clinical trial research experience is a plus.
