Clinical Project Manager - Remote

Overview

Lightship is a clinical trials service provider leading in increasing access and choice in taking part in research to improve equity for all. We design and conduct studies in partnership with biopharmaceutical companies to accelerate bringing new therapies to market. Our approach is to engage people where they are and support them across their journey in a clinical trial, from first contact to study completion. We work to make it easy, convenient, and safe for people to take part by offering visits in clinic, at home, using our mobile research units, and digital health tools. By transforming the way, we conduct clinical research, we can decrease study timelines and reduce dropouts to accelerate development of better therapies.

In Short

• Leading cross-functional teams and third parties/vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Acting as liaison with the client and managing client contractual, organizational and relationship needs.
• Managing project contractual deliverables and preparing study-related updates and reports.
• Ensuring project management systems are updated weekly to reflect accurate project status.
• Participating in revenue forecasting and review of project efficiency against budget.
• Organizing and leading study team meetings, and meetings with sponsors/vendors.
• Supporting audits and inspections, as required.
• Ensuring adherence to company SOPs, policies, and guidelines.
• Identifying and documenting lessons learned and best practices throughout each project.
• Acting as a subject matter expert for clinical systems.

Requirements

• Highly developed spoken and written communication skills.
• Knowledge/expertise in applicable regulations/guidelines for clinical trials.
• Experience using a Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• 5+ years of relevant clinical research experience.
• Undergraduate, health-related degree or equivalent experience.
