In Short

• Manage and oversee Paradigm Health’s contracted clinical trials from inception to completion.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and serve as a key contact for study sponsors.
• Establish standard project management templates and processes.
• Track project progress and KPIs, identifying potential blockers.
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and company SOPs.
• Serve as primary point of contact between sponsors and internal teams.
• Develop relationships with clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Initiate continuous improvement efforts for operational efficiency.
• Utilize data and reporting systems for tracking project progress.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree with equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3+ years in a client-facing role with enterprise clients.
• Experience in clinical research organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional project and program management skills.
• Proactive problem solver and effective communicator.
• Deep understanding of digital health technologies.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Previous clinical trial research experience is a plus.
