Meet knownwell, a weight-inclusive healthcare company that is changing the way care is delivered for patients with obesity. We are seeking a strategic, hands-on IT Manager to lead our IT function in partnership with an outsourced IT services provider.

• Lead IT function and manage outsourced IT services.

• Hands-on troubleshooting for urgent technical issues.

• Policy and process implementation for IT operations.
• Collaboration with clinical and administrative teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT experience.
• Broad technical background as an IT generalist.
• Experience partnering with third-party IT service providers.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Windows Server.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT environments and HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% for site openings.
• Experience in multi-site clinical environments preferred.
