In Short

• Deliver marketing programs to drive pipeline growth and customer loyalty for the North Americas Sales Teams.
• Execute integrated marketing programs including roadshows, ABM campaigns, and partner marketing.
• Align with Sales VPs and Regional Directors to customize programs based on market trends.
• Communicate regional trends to HQ for strategy modification.
• Identify programs to enable customer success and support account expansion.
• Track program results and report metrics via SFDC.
• Manage regional field marketing budget and spend.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in field and virtual events management.
• Passion for monitoring key metrics and adjusting marketing plans.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and work with sales.
• Experience in developing regional plans for account-based marketing.
• Proven success in executing demand-driving programs.
• Ability to market to B2B buyers using various offers and mechanisms.
• Comfortable with both execution and long-term planning.
• Willingness to travel 30% of the time.
