Sr. Partner Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Partner Marketing Manager is a strategic leader responsible for setting the GTM strategy and managing the end-to-end marketing relationship with assigned reseller partners and distributors across North America.

In Short

• Create strategic quarterly and annual business plans with assigned partners.
• Articulate business goals and drive account mapping, joint programs, and enablement.
• Identify and execute GTM opportunities and joint marketing programs.
• Present quarterly plan to internal and partner executives.
• Own the full campaign lifecycle for partner-led and SentinelOne-led events.
• Lead cross-functional planning sessions to align marketing activities with sales goals.
• Manage Market Development Funds (MDF) and ensure compliance.
• Drive Proof of Performance (POP) collection for sales follow-up.
• Deliver strategic insights on marketing performance metrics.
• Develop partner enablement programs to educate partner sales teams.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in cybersecurity.
• Track record of successful partner marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with partner co-marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and GTM strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
