In Short

• Lead the AI Center of Excellence to enhance productivity and customer experience.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver impactful AI-driven assistants.
• Define and implement AI governance and best practices.
• Oversee the automation platform to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with Product teams for Product-Led Growth enablement.
• Manage integration with AWS Marketplace and other systems.
• Drive enterprise-wide efficiency through intelligent automation.
• Establish automation lifecycle management processes.
• Ensure effective use of emerging AI technologies.
• Build strong relationships across the company.

Requirements

• 15+ years in IT, with 7+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience with Product-Led Growth programs.
• Proven management of technical teams and software engineering.
• Deep understanding of automation tools, especially Workato.
• Experience in delivering AI/ML solutions.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
