In Short

• Lead product growth initiatives for ection.tv.
• Work closely with the CEO to launch and scale new entertainment programs.
• Negotiate with sponsor brands and define business opportunities.
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and product teams.
• Devise marketing and sales strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments.
• Collect market trends information for growth strategies.
• Foster collaboration across business departments.
• Be a champion for the product internally and externally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business.
• Previous product growth experience in start-up/scale-up environments.
• Experience in live-streaming influencer marketing.
• Proficient in GSuite, Slack, Hubspot, Jira.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and another language is a bonus.
