As a fully remote company, Kraken is seeking a bold and deeply analytical Senior Director of Product Growth to lead our Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy and execution across the entire user journey—from onboarding and activation to habit formation, rewards/loyalty, and long-term retention.

• Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing teams globally.
• Strong communication and executive presence.
• Proven ability to lead product launches and scale products.
