Overview

As Nexoom’s Commercial Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying new commercial opportunities and managing our commercial strategies. Your primary responsibility is to secure business growth in a global market, ensuring recurrent revenue streams and opening new markets. You will further define our commercial model and sales processes while staying updated on market trends to provide strategic advice. With an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent leadership skills, you will be a creative strategist with exceptional organizational abilities. Your goal is to promote and expand Nexoom’s commercial activities globally, generating revenue and sustainable growth. Additionally, you will grow our Commercial function by recruiting self-starters who are proactive, autonomous, and capable of working with minimal oversight. The key is to be hands-on and thrive in a scale-up and remote environment!

Requirements

  • Experience in entertainment, streaming, esports, or gaming industries.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, finance, or relevant field.
  • Proven experience in a senior commercial role.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Track record in high-value sales and client management.
  • Experience in leading a commercial team.
  • Understanding of market research methods.
  • Solid knowledge of financial processes.
  • Adaptability, Passion, Team Player, Perseverance.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
