Overview

As a Social Media Manager at Vanta, you will drive engagement and growth across various social media platforms while maintaining the brand's distinct voice.

In Short

• Own daily engagement across LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Grow Vanta’s presence on X through consistent posting and participation in conversations.
• Capture content for short-form video on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Assist with social calendar planning and day-to-day publishing.
• Support YouTube publishing including titling and descriptions.
• Create internal “post kits” and drive amplification around key moments.
• Write social-native copy across platforms.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for content execution.
• Identify trends and execute timely, on-brand content.

Requirements

• Strong social-native instincts for community engagement.
• Deep understanding of X as a platform.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Video editing experience for short-form content.
• Strong short-form copywriting skills.
• Comfortable making and filming content.
• YouTube fundamentals including packaging and channel cadence.
• High responsiveness and a bias toward action.
• Experience building or managing a newsletter is a plus.
