Dedicated to innovation, operational excellence, and empowering traders globally, they are hiring a senior-level copywriter to take full ownership of the daily email channel.

In Short

• Fully manage social channels including Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit.
• Create overall social strategy and publish content.
• Write engaging hooks and captions.
• Identify content frameworks and establish A/B testing cadence.
• Manage team for comment and direct message moderation.
• Maintain a content calendar and consistent posting cadence.
• Identify growth opportunities on new platforms.
• Regularly report on key metrics and growth analytics.
• Focus on performance outcomes rather than posting cadence.
• Work closely with the marketing team to drive growth.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years managing business social accounts.
• Proven growth of at least one account to 100K+ followers or 5M+ cumulative views.
• Direct ownership of growth metrics including reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Experience in a fast-moving company or with multiple clients.
• Strong communication skills and highly responsive.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Creative but data-driven mindset.
• Comfortable with performance metrics accountability.
• Internet-native with understanding of social trends.
• Willing to learn about the trading niche quickly.
