Verifiable is seeking an experienced and strategic Controller to join our growing finance team, playing a crucial role in mentoring our accounting team and driving the strategic direction of the finance function.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience in finance, with 3-5 years as a Controller or Assistant Controller.
• Deep understanding of GAAP, particularly ASC 606 for SaaS.
• Strong experience with month-end/quarter-end close processes.
• Proficiency in financial systems implementation and optimization.
• Experience managing and mentoring a finance team.
• Strong technical accounting skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proactive in ownership of processes.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with compliance requirements for SaaS companies.
