Overview

Endpoint is an interactive response technology (IRT®) systems and solutions provider that supports the life sciences industry, seeking a hands-on Controller to lead and grow the Accounting team.

In Short

• Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate audit activities with tax authorities.
• Analyze financial data and present reports accurately.
• Assist in annual budgeting and planning processes.
• Manage organizational cash flow forecasting.
• Supervise accounting staff and ensure deadlines are met.
• Implement training programs for finance team members.
• Promote a positive work environment and internal communications.
• Monitor department work for efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• B.S. in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• CPA preferred.
• 6 years of experience in professional accounting/bookkeeping.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Fluency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
