Senior Manager, Site Reliability & DevOps - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager, Site Reliability & DevOps is responsible for leading and managing the Site Reliability, DBA, and Cloud Engineering teams to ensure the reliability of software systems at Endpoint. This role requires collaboration across various departments to deliver cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

In Short

• Manage and mentor Site Reliability and DevOps teams.

• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Systems Engineer or DevOps roles.
• Experience with IaC and deployment pipelines in Azure.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, Windows Server, and Linux.
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages.
• Experience with AWS and Azure cloud solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience leading 24x7 engineering teams.
• Production experience with VMware vSphere is a plus.
