Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related roles.
• 4+ years in engineering leadership.
• Expertise in cloud-native platforms and IaaS tooling.
• Strong background in observability and alerting strategy.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud providers.
• Programming experience in languages like Go, Rust, Java, Python.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Adept at project and program management.
• Exposure to chaos engineering or load testing.
