Lead the SRE team responsible for improving digital technology solutions.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles.
3+ years in a leadership or management role.
Experience with incident lifecycle management (L1/L2/L3).
Hands-on experience with observability tools (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Prometheus).
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, Bash).
Strong understanding of alerting strategies and telemetry pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes).
Background in software engineering or full-stack development.
Excellent communication skills.
