• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to ensure timely and GAAP-compliant reporting
• Oversee all core accounting functions including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and streamlined workflows
• Support strategic decision-making through budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Coordinate tax filings and annual audits, ensuring clean audit outcomes through accurate documentation
• Lead and mentor a small accounting team, including offshore operations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial systems and enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Controller or similar role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
