Overview

The Controller will oversee and direct the company’s accounting operations, ensuring compliance with all United States and Korean regulatory requirements and aligning financial strategies with company goals. This role is integral in maintaining financial stability, mitigating risks, and supporting strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis.

In Short

• Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to develop financial strategies.
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports ensuring compliance with GAAP and K-IFRS/IFRS.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity for operational needs.
• Maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures.

• Lead and mentor the Accounting team overseeing various functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 5 - 10 years of experience as a Controller or Public Accountant.
• Exceptional management and supervisory abilities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Superior organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in accounting and tax preparation software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Expertise in project management and system implementation.
