Overview

The Controller at Nulogy is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial statements, and developing a high-performing accounting team to support rapid growth.

In Short

• Manage the integrity of financial records and oversee accounting operations.
• Prepare consolidated monthly financial statements under ASPE and US GAAP.
• Enhance cash efficiency through monitoring of Accounts Receivable.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and ASC 606.
• Oversee cash management and treasury operations.
• Coordinate audits and manage auditor relationships.
• Drive automation of accounting processes.
• Assist with M&A efforts and integration of financial data.
• Develop and motivate the accounting team.
• Maintain accurate payroll processing and tax filings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Prior Controller experience in a business with over $25M in revenue.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with M&A and ERP integrations.
• Knowledge of Sage Intacct is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information professionally.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Detail-oriented with high standards of accuracy.
• Ability to present complex topics clearly.
