Implementation Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Implementation Manager at Verifiable, you will lead client implementations from sales hand-off through launch, ensuring a seamless transition and effective communication with all stakeholders.

• Lead new client implementations from sales hand-off to launch.
• Consult with clients to understand their objectives and map them to the platform.
• Manage project plans, milestones, and risks effectively.
• Oversee testing, validation, and user acceptance testing phases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Implementation, Customer Onboarding, or Project Management.
• Experience in a technical SaaS environment, preferably with Salesforce.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations.
• Strong project management skills, including scoping and scheduling.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented and solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and resolve issues under pressure.
