Overview

As an Implementation Manager at Level AI, you will lead client onboarding and implementation processes to help them maximize the potential of our AI-powered customer engagement solutions.

In Short

Lead onboarding and implementation for clients.
Serve as the main contact for key client accounts.
Understand and translate client business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client needs.
Maintain knowledge of AI-powered customer support solutions.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Track and report on key account metrics.
Ensure efficient time to value for clients.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Communicate technical information effectively to clients.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years in a hands-on technical role, with 1+ years in customer implementations.
Strong background in SaaS platforms and cloud services.
Excellent project management skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong English communication skills.
Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude.
