Implementation Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Implementation Manager at AlertMedia, you will take immediate ownership of customer relationships, focusing on providing strategic partnership during their customer journey to ensure successful deployment and long-term advocacy.

• Act as the primary owner of multiple concurrent customer implementations.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a strategic customer-facing role.
• 2+ years in implementation or project management in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with demanding, multi-national customers.
• Proficiency in Excel; Salesforce and Gainsight experience preferred.
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented.
• Enthusiasm for collaboration across teams.
• Aptitude for learning and being coached.
