Overview

The Enterprise Account Director is responsible for selling AlertMedia's software platform to large enterprise organizations, helping them communicate better during emergencies and other critical events.

In Short

  • Responsible for driving net new and expansion business within your territory.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to develop lasting customer relationships.
  • Coordinate pipeline generation activities with Sales Development Resource.
  • Work closely with marketing to build pipeline and close deals.
  • Full cycle sales position with a consultative approach.
  • Conduct strategic prospecting into your territory.
  • Schedule and deliver customized meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Manage the sales process including proposals, negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Help transition closed accounts to the Implementation team.
  • Maintain CRM for accurate forecasting and insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years in a consultative technology sales role.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience selling to enterprise-level organizations.
  • Hunter mentality with self-prospecting abilities.
  • Strong negotiation skills with integrity.
  • Genuine curiosity to uncover challenges and opportunities.
  • High energy, humor, and enthusiasm.
  • Desire for continuous learning and coaching.
  • Ability to self-manage pipeline and activities.
  • Salesforce experience for task management.
