HR Operations & Payroll Generalist - Remote

Overview

AlertMedia is seeking an HR Operations Generalist (Payroll & Benefits) to join our highly collaborative and human-first People team. You will play a critical role in supporting employees and People team operations by managing payroll and benefits administration, leave programs, employee inquiries, HR systems ownership and management, and process improvements.

In Short

• Maintain Rippling HRIS and ensure data integrity
• Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries
• Manage all benefits administration and perks
• Own HR reporting and analytics
• Administer Leave of Absence (LOA) programs
• Collaborate with other departments and vendors
• Assist in the development of HR policies
• Prepare and audit payroll accurately
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements
• Act as a trusted HR resource for employees

Requirements

• 3+ years HR operations experience
• Experience with Rippling as an HRIS strongly preferred
• Excellent analytical skills
• Fluency in payroll, benefits, and employment law
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
