Overview

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting employees and managers across the organization by handling a variety of HR processes within a fast-paced service center environment.

• Manage Leave of Absence (LOA) requests and Workers' Compensation (WC) cases.
• Handle Tier 1 Employee Relations (ER) inquiries.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Conduct compliance audits and support HR projects.
• Ensure smooth HR operations while delivering excellent service.
• Act as the primary point of contact for new hires.
• Coordinate with IT and facilities teams for employee setup.
• Participate in HR projects and process improvements.
• Provide HR guidance to managers on routine matters.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in HR operations or shared services.
• Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP, UKG).
• Familiarity with LOA regulations and Workers' Compensation laws.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide a positive employee experience.
