People Operations Generalist - Remote

Overview

Cedar’s People Team is looking for a People Operations Generalist who is passionate about creating a people first employee experience. This role will support the People Partners across a variety of platforms, data systems, employee relations, and programming.

In Short

• Support the People Partners across various platforms and data systems.
• Maintain employee files and perform regular system audits.
• Assist with payroll, taxes, and benefits administration.
• Provide support for onboarding and offboarding experiences.
• Partner with the People Team on overlapping programs.
• Develop relationships with leaders for better collaboration.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR or People Operations.
• Ability to come into the New York HQ 1-2 times per week.
• Skilled in documentation and data accuracy.
• Desire to learn in a People First culture.
