Group Lead, Implementation - Remote

Overview

Cedar’s mission is to leverage data science, smart product design and personalization to make healthcare more affordable and accessible. The Group Lead, Implementation will oversee a rapidly evolving portfolio of implementations across Cedar’s products and services, leading strategic implementations and managing direct reports.

In Short

• Lead implementation of Cedar’s product suite.
• Manage 1-3 direct reports.
• Accountable for successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
• Drive cross-functional integration strategies.

• Coach and develop direct reports.
• Refine tools and processes for implementation.
• May require up to 10% travel within the US.
• Hybrid player-coach role.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years in healthcare software project management.
• 1-3+ years managing implementation teams.
• Experience with large healthcare systems.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills; familiarity with Jira, Excel, etc.
• Creative problem-solver.
• Ability to prioritize across complex workstreams.
• Experience in revenue cycle management.
• Comfortable leading remote teams.
• Intellectual curiosity and desire to innovate.
